As part of the Media Arts curriculum in Year 7, students took part in a competition making a short film on the theme of Tomorrow. Many of the students submitted their films into The 1-Minute Film Competition, an initiative of Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) and ClickView. It provides Australian and New Zealand primary and secondary school students with the opportunity to make a 60-second short film or animation.
We’re proud of all the efforts of our Year 7 students. We’d like to make a special mention of Tyren W who has been nominated as a finalist in the Lower Secondary category, for his film titled, In a World of Tomorrow.
You’re able to show your support of Tyren by voting for the People’s Choice Award. Winners will be announced on Wednesday 25 October.
