Your journey to St Peter’s Woodlands

From your first enquiry through to accepting your child’s place, our Enrolments Team is here to guide you every step of the way.
How to Enrol
Explore St Peter’s Woodlands
The best way to discover St Peter’s Woodlands is to experience our school for yourself.
Join us for a Principal Tour, Open Day for our Early Learning Centre or arrange a personal tour with our Enrolments Manager, Jo Gray. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our learning environments, meet our teachers and students, and ask questions about your child’s journey at St Peter’s Woodlands.
Submit an Enquiry – Start Your Enrolment Journey
When you’re ready to take the next step, submit an online Enquiry Form.
Once your enquiry has been submitted, you’ll receive an email with your username and a link to create your password. This will give you access to our secure Enrolment Portal, where you can begin and manage your child’s application.
From your portal, you’ll be guided through the application process and provided with a personalised checklist of information and documentation required to complete your application. An application fee of $95 applies.
Complete Your Application
Once you have completed the online Enquiry form you will receive an email to log in to your Enrolment Portal where we will guide you through the next steps to begin your child’s application. Work through your personalised checklist, providing the required information and supporting documentation.
You can save your progress and return to your application at any time before submitting it.
If a place is offered to your child, you’ll be able to view the offer and respond online.
If we are unable to offer a place at that time, we’ll let you know and your child may remain on our waitlist, subject to availability.
Accept Your Place
If you receive an offer, you can accept your child’s place directly through your Veracross Enrolment Portal.
You’ll be guided through the acceptance process, including payment of the $500 Enrolment Confirmation Fee required to confirm your child’s place.
Once your offer has been accepted, we’ll provide you with information about the next steps to prepare for your child’s transition to St Peter’s Woodlands.
An Enrolment Interview
It’s exciting that you’ve chosen St Peter’s Woodlands. We’ll meet with your family and child to get to know you and explain the transition and support you’ll get as a new member of our community.
