The Day of Extraordinary  – St Peter’s Woodlands Giving Day

The Day of Extraordinary is St Peter’s Woodlands’ first ever 24-hour online Giving Day, on Wednesday 24 May 2023. It’s an opportunity for our community, past and present, to come together and raise funds to make this project a reality and create a new and lasting legacy for our school. The project is the redevelopment of Baddams Hall, which will be turned into a state-of-the-art theatre, sports and multi-purpose centre.

Several generous donors have already pledged their support, and for every dollar you give, it will be tripled by the matching donors. That’s three times the impact.

We need your help to raise the funds we need to ensure the centre is all it needs to be to best serve our current students and those yet to come. On Giving Day, we ask those who can please give, no matter the amount.

We are excited to announce that we are embarking on the largest building project in our 100-year history of education on this site, and we need your help to make it happen.

We are thrilled to be developing a state-of-the-art theatre, sports and multi-purpose centre to redevelop Baddams Hall. This temperature-controlled facility will have the capacity to seat over 600 people in tiered seating, with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and staging. Not only will it be a fantastic addition to our creative arts program, but it will also be an indoor space for our sports department and a space to host large community gatherings.

We are proud to share this facility with the wider Glenelg and Holdfast communities, as there really isn’t anything of this calibre with this seating capacity in the area. But to make it happen, we need your support.
