Providing leadership and continuity
As previously shared our Principal, Helen Finlay, will be farewelling us to take up her new position in Sydney. We are deeply grateful for Helen’s dedication and leadership, and we look forward to formally acknowledging her contribution in the coming weeks.
To support a smooth and confident transition into this next chapter, the following leadership structure is in place, with Sarah Noell, currently Head of Early Years and Deputy Principal, officially stepping into the role of Acting Principal.
Supporting Sarah is a strong and experienced team:
- Lisa Harris – Acting Deputy Principal Reception to Year 2
- Kerry Ramsay – Acting Deputy Principal Year 3 to Year 6
- Simon Theel – Leader in Positive Behaviours for Learning, a new role to continue our strong focus on wellbeing and positive school culture.
- Virginia Files – Executive Director, Early Learning Centre
We also have several additional leadership appointments that strengthen our team:
- Lumbini Roy – ELC Assistant Director
- Ruby Graham – OSHC Assistant Director
- Sandra Fazzalari – Enrichment Teacher, providing extended learning opportunities for students across the school with our Enrichment Program.

This structure provides clarity, stability and continuity as we look ahead to 2026. Most importantly, it ensures our focus remains firmly on what matters most — the learning, wellbeing and growth of every child from ELC to Year 6.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we work together to ensure a positive, productive and successful year for our whole community.
