Providing leadership and continuity

As previously shared our Principal, Helen Finlay, will be farewelling us to take up her new position in Sydney. We are deeply grateful for Helen’s dedication and leadership, and we look forward to formally acknowledging her contribution in the coming weeks.

To support a smooth and confident transition into this next chapter, the following leadership structure is in place, with Sarah Noell, currently Head of Early Years and Deputy Principal, officially stepping into the role of Acting Principal.

Supporting Sarah is a strong and experienced team:

  • Lisa HarrisActing Deputy Principal Reception to Year 2
  • Kerry RamsayActing Deputy Principal Year 3 to Year 6
  • Simon TheelLeader in Positive Behaviours for Learning, a new role to continue our strong focus on wellbeing and positive school culture.
  • Virginia FilesExecutive Director, Early Learning Centre

We also have several additional leadership appointments that strengthen our team:

  • Lumbini RoyELC Assistant Director
  • Ruby GrahamOSHC Assistant Director
  • Sandra FazzalariEnrichment Teacher, providing extended learning opportunities for students across the school with our Enrichment Program.

This structure provides clarity, stability and continuity as we look ahead to 2026. Most importantly, it ensures our focus remains firmly on what matters most — the learning, wellbeing and growth of every child from ELC to Year 6.
