We are thrilled to announce Virginia Files will be taking the position of our new ELC Director.

We welcome Virginia to the role of ELC Director, she will be commencing at SPW towards the end of the term. Virginia has an extensive career in the early years, previously working at Walford and then Pulteney Grammar School.

Working in a number of leadership roles, including Director of Rainbow Pre-School (Broken Hill) and most recently, Head of the Early Years at Pulteney Grammar School, Virginia has successful led these schools during significant times of growth and change.

Virginia has a passion for fostering the growth and development of young children and we are excited to have her wealth of experience and knowledge on board.
