The Year 2 students had a very giggly time learning about The Giggle Game with Annie Harvey from The Still Effect.
The Giggle Game is a mindfulness-based laughter tool with fun and quick exercises to balance our nervous system, decrease stress and anxiety and improve social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
The children enjoyed participating in creating a short film for the program, with some very sore laughter tummies to show for it. They were all amazed at just how long it takes to film a short video!
